UKREiiF 2025 Expands to Leeds Dock with Innovative Floating Pavilions

Following years of success, UKREiiF (UK Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum) is set to make waves in 2025 by expanding onto the water at Leeds Dock. In a UK first, five bespoke pavilions will be constructed on floating pontoons supplied and built by National Pontoon, a leader in marine infrastructure solutions.

This groundbreaking move underscores UKREiiF’s reputation as the nation’s premier real estate and infrastructure event, attracting over 13,000+ delegates, 1,500+ investors, 500+ developers and 150 exhibitors in recent years. The 2025 edition will further elevate the experience by integrating the iconic Leeds Dock into its footprint, offering a unique blend of networking, innovation, and sustainability.
